Because I have apparently lost all sense, I am applying for the MFA in Writing program at a college here in North Carolina. It has a four week residential requirement - 2 weeks in January and 2 weeks in July. The application is due September 1 so I am overnighting it tomorrow. Of course I waited until the last minute. So I'm reading my assignment for one of my classes and the author of the textbook dissed Hamlet. Oh my God. How can anyone cast aspersions on Hamlet??? I'm verclumped. I just... no. That's wrong in every possible way.
